Clinical Manager of Ambulatory Surgery Center

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Manager of ASC to lead a high-performing perioperative team at a respected acute care hospital. The Perioperative Nurse Manager will join a nationally recognized healthcare organization known for exceptional patient care, advanced technology, and a commitment to innovation. This leader will partner closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff to ensure efficient workflows and exceptional surgical outcomes. Candidates with previous operating room leadership experience and a passion for developing teams will thrive in this fast-paced environment. Reporting to perioperative leadership, the Surgical Services Nurse Manager will collaborate with physicians, nurse leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to support departmental goals and strategic initiatives. This role includes mentoring clinical staff, promoting professional development, and maintaining regulatory readiness across the department.
