Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent quality standards through rigorous auditing, inspection, laboratory testing, and compliance verification.The Quality Auditor will be responsible for identifying deviations, ensuring adherence to established quality procedures, and supporting continuous improvement across production and laboratory operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality assurance, quality control, auditing processes, and maintaining high manufacturing standards in a hands-on environment.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING – QUALITY & AUDITING FOCUSPerform routine and advanced quality testing on raw materials and finished productsConduct quality audits of materials, processes, and production outputs to ensure compliance with RS standardsVerify adherence to established quality control procedures and auditing protocolsInspect incoming materials and components for quality assurance complianceConduct destructive and non-destructive testing as part of the quality inspection and audit processMaintain accurate documentation of all quality audit findings, test results, and inspectionsRecord and analyze data using Microsoft Office, Epicor, and internal quality systemsPrepare detailed quality reports and audit summaries for leadership and the Chief ChemistSupport internal and external quality audits and corrective action processesIdentify, document, and escalate quality non-conformances and deviationsCollaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to resolve quality issues and audit findingsEnsure laboratory and testing environments meet quality and safety audit standardsAssist in calibration and verification of testing equipment for quality assurance accuracySupport continuous improvement initiatives driven by quality metrics and audit outcomesWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAMHigh School Diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred)3+ years of experience in a quality, quality control, or quality audit environment (manufacturing preferred)Strong understanding of quality systems, inspection processes, and auditing practicesExcellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality compliance and accuracyAbility to analyze data and identify quality trends and audit discrepanciesStrong communication and documentation skills within a quality-driven environmentComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing and lab settingWORK ENVIRONMENTIndustrial laboratory and production environment with a strong quality assurance focusExposure to heat, humidity, chemicals, and heavy equipmentCombination of indoor and outdoor inspection and audit activitiesDeadline-driven environment with a strong emphasis on quality compliance and auditing standardsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUCompetitive pay with performance-based incentives tied to quality performance and audit outcomesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverageRetirement savings plan with company contributionsEmployer -paid life and disability insuranceGenerous paid time off and Employee Assistance ProgramCareer growth opportunities within a global, quality-focused organizationWHY RS?At RS Technologies, quality is at the core of everything we do.
