Energy & Environmental Litigation Attorney (Partnership Track or Reduced-Hour Staff Attorney)

Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Downtown)
Experience: 3+ years of litigation experience

Our client, a prominent full-service regional law firm serving Fortune 500 companies and major industry across the Gulf South energy corridor, is seeking an Energy & Environmental Litigation Attorney for its Baton Rouge office. This opportunity is ideal for a litigator ready to own a caseload, work directly with clients, and choose between a partnership-track or reduced-hour staff attorney path.

What You'll Work On:

• Independently managing litigation matters from beginning to end
• Regularly handling court appearances and depositions
• Taking the lead on client communication and providing meaningful case updates
• Developing and deepening client and referral relationships
• Collaborating as part of an experienced litigation team in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience
• Louisiana bar license (required)
• Excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and excellent references
• Demonstrated ability and desire to interact directly with clients and build client/referral relationships
• Proven track record of high achievement in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team while independently managing a full caseload
