Our 225,000+ square foot facility features research, production, and warehouse operations, offering extensive product filling capabilities, including:16 total filling lines7 liquid filling lines5 alcohol filling lines1 hot pour line with cooling tunnel3 tube filling linesSafety is our highest priority - you can feel confident knowing your well-being always comes first.BenefitsMajor Medical Insurance OptionsDental and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceFlexible Spending Plan (FSA)401(k) with Company ContributionPaid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Time Shifts and Hours 3rd shift - 10:30pm - 7:00amEssential ResponsibilitiesExecute maintenance assignments promptly to minimize downtime and maximize safety, quality, and productivity.Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment.Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns; make necessary adjustments.Maintain equipment in safe, efficient operating condition.Translate OEM documentation into actionable maintenance standards.Utilize the CMMS system for work orders, inventory management, and recordkeeping.Assist with production line changeovers and setup adjustments.Follow all GMP, SOP, and safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.Support structured improvement initiatives and special projects.Disassemble, inspect, and repair defective machine parts using hand and power tools.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Communicate effectively with other maintenance and production team members.Take ownership of work performance and demonstrate consistent craftsmanship.Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications2-5 years of maintenance experience with fillers or comparable automated systems2+ years of experience in high-speed production environmentsStrong knowledge of machinery, tools, repair techniques, and maintenance proceduresAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, and schematicsProficiency in troubleshooting and equipment fault isolationBasic computer literacy and mathematical skillsExperience with Norden, Zalkin, or Kapsall equipment preferredA Day in the LifeAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our production lines run at peak performance. You'll tackle daily challenges involving equipment repair, installation, fabrication, and preventive maintenance. Your mechanical, electrical, and technical expertise will ensure operations stay efficient, safe, and reliable.
