Ro Health is currently hiring qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our staff and work in public schools all around Dallas, TX and the surrounding areas! Specialty: School Health, Pediatrics, Special Education, 1:1 Direct Care Positions Available: Per Diem (1-2 Days per Week at Most) Shift: 7:30am-3:45pm Days: Monday-Friday Benefits for Nurse 8 Days of PTO Accrual 401k Retirement Plan (4% employer match after 1st year) Paid orientation prior to your start On-call Clinical Supervisor support during school hours Responsibilities may include Working 1:1 with a patient directly in the school with one or more of the following conditions (G-tube, trach, vent, catheter, diabetes, seizures) Distributing medication to students with a med pass (Health Office setting) Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care Assist in providing a safe environment for the client Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements Assist with lifting, transporting, and diapering as needed Assist with ADLs as needed Providing coverage during busing as needed Requirements Active, Texas Nursing License (Active Compact License Acceptable) Tracheostomy and Ventilator Experience Required RN Experience Required Passion for excellent pediatric patient care!
