LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Marketing Design & Multimedia Specialist to provide maternity leave coverage through the end of the year. This position will support the development and execution of marketing materials, digital content, internal communications, and multimedia projects while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials including digital content, presentations, social media graphics, promotional materials, and internal communications
- Create, edit, and maintain multimedia content, including video and visual assets
- Support marketing campaigns from concept through execution
- Update website, intranet, and content management systems
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and creative resources
- Ensure all materials align with brand standards and required review processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing and communication initiatives
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, or multimedia production
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with video editing platforms such as Clipchamp or similar tools
- Experience managing website content through WordPress or a comparable CMS
- Strong understanding of branding, design, content creation, and digital marketing
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, or related fields
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft collaboration tools
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or sales initiatives
