We are looking for a leasing agent to support residential and commercial property operations in Fremont, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can build positive tenant relationships, coordinate leasing activities, and help maintain smooth day-to-day property administration. The role requires a strong customer service approach, sound knowledge of property management practices, and confidence using Yardi Software.
Responsibilities:• Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process, including property tours, application coordination, and lease document preparation.
• Manage daily administrative activities that support both residential and commercial property operations.
• Respond to tenant questions and concerns promptly while maintaining a courteous and service-focused experience.
• Maintain accurate leasing, occupancy, and tenant records within Yardi Software and related property management systems.
• Coordinate renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and other occupancy-related processes to keep property operations organized.
• Partner with property management teams to monitor unit availability, pricing updates, and leasing activity performance.
• Support compliance with lease terms, property policies, and applicable operational procedures.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts designed to attract tenants with experience in leasing requirements and improve occupancy levels.• At least 2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or property administration.
• Background in residential property management with exposure to commercial property operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage leasing activities from inquiry through signed agreement.
• Proficiency with Yardi Software for recordkeeping, leasing administration, or property operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
