In this impactful role, the Program Coordinator empowers our campus community through strategic administrative leadership and financial coordination. ## ## **What You Will Do ** - Drive Financial & Administrative Operations: As Program Coordinator, manage office budgets, reconcile accounts, process purchasing requisitions, route contracts, and handle payroll/accounts payable check distribution. - Oversee Risk Management & Disclosures: Serve as the primary Program Coordinator managing property and liability insurance renewals, filing claims, and coordinating bond disclosures and Moody's reporting data. - Lead Campus Communications & Workstudy Supervision: Act as a collaborative Program Coordinator maintaining finance web pages, tracking fiscal notes, supervising work-study students, and facilitating departmental search processes. ## **What You Bring ** - Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a relevant field (or 2 years of experience per year of college), plus 2 years of office management or related experience. - Core Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications, and the ability to work independently while handling confidential information.
