The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting department as the company experiences significant growth.

** Pay Rate: ** $24.00-$28.00

** Bookkeeper Responsibilities: **

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Maintain Microsoft Dynamics accounting records
• Perform journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Complete credit card reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Support budgeting and project accounting functions
• Maintain accurate financial documentation
• Work closely with the CFO
• Assist with other accounting projects as needed
• Provide occasional office support when necessary

Bookkeeper Skills and Abilities:

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics experience required
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
• AP/AR experience
• General Ledger experience
• Journal Entry experience
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Team player with a willingness to help outside primary responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a family-oriented construction environment

Bookkeeper Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics experience required
• Degree preferred but not required
• Experience with small to mid-sized companies strongly preferred
• Construction industry experience is a plus
