Lead the planning and execution of data migration to ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system. Coordinate teams, define migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition.

Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from initial planning through to execution. This role requires coordinating multiple teams to ensure that data is transferred accurately and completely, while managing potential risks and implementing controls to maintain data integrity. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate a seamless transition to the target system, ensuring that all aspects of the migration are aligned with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize data migration processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor progress and quality of data migration activities, ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines.
• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to the project.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Data Build Tool.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project workflows.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with data migration activities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering reliable and scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with data validation and quality assurance techniques to ensure data accuracy.
