Salary: $28.00-30.00 HR DOE Position Purpose/Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth, protecting margin, and ensuring contractual integrity within assigned aerospace accounts.

This role ensures that customer requirements are clearly defined, thoroughly reviewed, accurately communicated, and properly executed in full compliance with AS9100 quality management system requirements and Align Aerospace policies.

Serving as the commercial owner of assigned accounts, the Inside Sales Representative is accountable for accurate contract and requirement review, disciplined margin strategy and pricing integrity, quote-to-order compliance, proactive customer communication and retention, and sustainable revenue growth aligned with company quality standards and operational capabilities.

This position directly supports organizational objectives related to on-time delivery performance, customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, and long-term profitability.

Experience: 3+ years aerospace distribution or industrial B2B inside sales (quota-carrying) Key Responsibilities Contract/RFQ review: Validate requirements/flow-downs, identify special quality or regulatory clauses, confirm feasibility with internal teams, and ensure accurate ERP/CRM documentation.

Quoting & pricing: Build competitive quotes, follow margin/approval guidelines, maintain pricing integrity, and improve quote-to-order conversion.

Account growth: Manage assigned accounts, develop account plans/targets, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and support long-term agreements.

Cross-functional coordination: Partner with CSR, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve issues and protect on-time delivery/customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM pipeline/forecasting; track revenue, margin, OTD impact, and quality KPIs.

Team collaboration: Strong partnership with CSRs; professional, respectful conduct expected.
