Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Clinical Trial Manager supporting one or more clinical studies within a biopharma environment, primarily overseeing operational aspects to ensure compliant and timely trial execution. Responsibilities: manage vendor and site activities, oversee site initiation, patient enrollment, and data accuracy monitor site performance and compliance with GCP and regulations support study documentation, vendor management, and internal/external reporting contribute to process improvements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field 5+ years of industry experience with at least 2 years in trial management, preferably in oncology thorough understanding of clinical trial processes, ICH GCP guidelines, and relevant regulations Core Skills: strong organizational, communication, and negotiating abilities proficiency with clinical trial management systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, eTMF) ability to work independently High-Value Experience: experience managing oncology trials familiarity with trial start-up through closure vendor oversight Work Setup: flexible, with options for remote or hybrid based in Hayward or Brisbane, CA travel is expected at 10-20% domestically and internationally #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
