Job Skills / Requirements Patrol / Control Desk Officer – Fremont Full-Time | $24.69/hour Job Overview Prosegur Security is hiring a hybrid Patrol / Control Desk Officer for a premier corporate campus in Fremont, CA. This dual-function role splits time between active physical foot patrols and managing the campus Control Desk—monitoring CCTV, managing automated alarms, handling post dispatching, and controlling access systems. Shift Schedule: Sunday – Thursday (3pm-11pm) Control Desk Operations: Monitor multi-screen CCTV camera systems, respond to alarm panels, and operate the Lenel 9000 access control system in real time. Access & Badge Management: Process access permissions, manage badge activity, and process electronic access requests. Dispatch & Communications: Answer incoming calls from interior guard posts, site employees, and clients; dispatch patrol officers and field personnel accordingly.
