Job Description

We are seeking a Platform Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, modernization, and governance and a proven ability to realign instances to leading practices, reduce technical debt, and enable sustainable value delivery .

Responsibilities:

• Lead Instance Strategy Assessments to deconstruct legacy architectures, identify value blockers, and design modern platform architectures for scale and health.
• Serve as architectural authority to align rebuilt instances with business outcomes and enable a sustainable delivery model.
• Drive platform modernization across workflows using standard, extensible patterns.
• Engage with executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams to ensure alignment on goals and rebuild plans.
• Define roadmaps that guide customers from current state to clean, governable, leading-practice architectures.
• Establish architecture blueprints that convert requirements into scalable, simplified designs.
• Strengthen enterprise alignment to position ServiceNow as the standard digital transformation platform.
• Implement technical governance to protect rebuilt instances and enforce leading practices.
• Reduce technical debt by removing legacy customizations, aligning data models, and improving maintainability and resilience.
• Contribute to leading practices by sharing rebuild methodologies, patterns, and ISA-aligned approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Deep ServiceNow platform expertise in architecture, configuration quality, and performance optimization.
• Experience delivering modernization or transformation in complex, multi-domain, or regulated environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to address technical and executive audiences.
• Proven capability to lead discovery, assessments, and remediation planning aligned to ServiceNow best practices.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, complex environments with cross-functional alignment needs.
• A systems-oriented mindset focused on root-cause resolution.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience defining platform governance models and architectural guardrails.
• Background collaborating with enterprise architecture functions and integration teams.
