Pre-Sales Engineer

Leading the technical side of sales opportunities, the full-time remote Pre-Sales Engineer will engage with customers to design water management solutions, review construction drawings, and conduct technical assessments across the U.S. Key responsibilities Lead technical discovery and customer-facing discussions Design practical water management and leak mitigation solutions based on customer needs, risk, and budget Conduct site surveys and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and support technical evaluations Required qualifications Up to 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, MEP engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role Strong understanding of building infrastructure and mechanical/plumbing systems Ability to read and interpret MEP, plumbing, and construction drawings Willingness and ability to travel approximately 15% within the U.S Strong practical problem-solving and solution design capabilities
