BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Springfield, OH 45503 . This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who takes pride in delivering high‑quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.

• Location: Springfield, OH 45503
• Pay: $21/hr.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Opportunity Type: Contract

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including:
  • Electrical repairs
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Appliance diagnostics and repair
  • Carpentry and general maintenance
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards

• Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of general and advanced maintenance functions
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
