Sales Manager

New car dealer is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Located in LAGRANGE, IL, this role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and maximize profitability.
Manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring a customer-focused environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop data-driven strategies.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
