Position Overview

The Commercial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems across our commercial property portfolio. This role requires strong technical ability, responsiveness, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Respond to tenant service requests promptly and professionally
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Complete and track work orders using company-provided smartphone/computer applications
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment at all properties

Qualifications

• Class A experience (required)
• Proven commercial building maintenance experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Comfortable using mobile apps and basic computer systems
• Customer-service oriented with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and eager to continue learning
