Senior Financial Analyst

Sayva Solutions is beginning to connect with experienced Senior Financial Analysts for an anticipated opportunity with an established organization. We are currently working with the client to finalize the position’s scope, timing, and hiring needs and are proactively developing a pipeline of qualified candidates. The anticipated position will support financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial modeling. This individual is expected to partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, develop reporting, and provide insights that support business decisions. While the opportunity is still being finalized, we are interested in speaking with candidates who may be open to learning more as details become available. Anticipated Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000 Please note this range is an estimate. Actual compensation may vary based on the finalized scope of the position, qualifications, and experience. Anticipated Responsibilities: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Develop and maintain financial models and recurring financial reporting. Analyze actual and forecasted financial results, including trends and variances. Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to gather information and support planning processes. Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Provide analytical support for business initiatives and financial decision-making. Perform ad hoc financial analysis as business needs arise. Assist with ongoing improvements to financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. Anticipated Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, or a related analytical role. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. Solid understanding of fundamental finance and accounting concepts. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across an organization. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative and adaptable approach within a team environment.
