Your future role at a glance Location: Waverly, TN Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Three Rivers Department: Med Surg Schedule: Part-Time | Nights How you'll make an impact in this role Implement and monitor comprehensive patient care plans with a focus on safety, accuracy, and superior outcomes. Serve as the primary lead across all disciplines to ensure every patient receives well-coordinated, seamless care. Expertly assess, record, and communicate changes in patient conditions to the broader medical team in real-time. Precisely carry out physician and nursing orders while maintaining the highest standards of clinical protocol. Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate discharge needs, ensuring patients are prepared for a successful transition home. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition \"Compact State\" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
