Job Description Associate Inside Sales Representative Job Type: Full-time | No Travel Pay: $25 to $32 per hour DOE Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ON SITE Why Join Us? What You’ll Do Drive Sales & Solutions: Consult with customers to understand their technical needs, provide product quotations, and guide them through a smooth sales process. Order Management: Process pricing, quotations, rush orders (within 24 hours), and order tracking accurately and efficiently. Relationship Building: Work closely with customers, outside sales teams, and sales engineers to deliver exceptional service and maximize account growth. Product Expertise: Leverage our inventory catalog and product selection software (Xylem ESP Rep) to recommend top-quality hydronics solutions. What We’re Looking For Proven background in sales, customer service, or account support. Strong phone presence, persuasive skills, and solid negotiation abilities. Knowledge of Hydronics equipment or industrial product lines is a major plus. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software.
