About the Position

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Decatur, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Manage and monitor ED border patients within the Telemetry specialty as needed
• Float between facilities within a defined local radius when patient census requires, remaining within specialty
• Administer IV therapy and accurately document patient care using EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Proficiency with IV therapy
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (non-local travelers only)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience in a Telemetry setting
• Experience managing ED border patients
