Corporate Recruiter – Automotive Industry
Location: Franklin, TN
Compensation: $38/hour | Weekly Pay | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner cross-functionally with business units and HR to achieve recruiting goals
• Guide and assist business leaders on staffing processes, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate hiring strategies and headcount planning efforts
• Translate workforce plans into effective, cost-efficient recruiting actions
• Provide education on recruiting best practices and interview processes
• Maintain applicant tracking data integrity and ensure compliance
• Support development and implementation of new HR programs
• Deliver a top-notch, positive experience for every candidate

This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree
• Have 3–5 years of recruiting experience in both staffing and corporate settings, including technical/professional recruiting
• Understand the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screening, onboarding
• Are experienced with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology (Workday preferred)
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deliver exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Are able to travel occasionally (less than 10%)
