The positions reports directly to the Building Principal . Applicants must apply online and have the following qualifications:

High School Diploma
Post-high school education and/or secretarial training preferred
Elementary school secretarial experience preferred
Proficiency in word processing, e-mail, MS Word, databases Excel and basic office procedures
Maintain orderly, promptly filed records
Ability to work well with children
Assist visitors courteously and in a caring, professional manner
Ability to keep student and employee information confidential at all times

Starting rate of pay: $20.00 per hour
