Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor provides shift supervision and guidance to the Front Desk. Each area is managed in accordance with operating standards to maintain a professional image and superior customer service. All reports are completed as required. Guest complaints, concerns or disputes are resolved quickly and timely. All issues are reported to the Front Office Manager. New team members are assisted with training as well as ongoing training for employees.
