The Role

You will oversee multiple residential remodeling projects from initiation to completion, reporting directly to the Owner. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication, and you will be the main point of contact, keeping every project on track for quality, budget, and timeline.

Qualifications

What You Bring
• Proven experience managing crews and subcontractors in residential construction.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, job site safety, and carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Willingness to use JobTread and CompanyCam daily for scheduling and reporting (required).
• Strong decision-making, conflict-resolution, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (required or obtainable within 90 days).
• Physical ability to work in varying conditions.
