Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation

Bryn Mawr, PA - this opportunity offers a Hybrid Schedule with 1-2 days/week remote. 

Growing Main Line law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its expanding team, with a focus on a mix of litigation and corporate/transactional matters. The role offers exposure to business disputes, corporate governance, and complex commercial work, with additional exposure to intellectual property and employment-related matters.

• 1-4 years of experience in Commercial litigation and/or corporate law
• Experience in Employment Law, IP, Real Estate, etc.
• Strong drafting and transactional document preparation skills
• Ability to independently manage a demanding caseload
• Experience with closely held entities, corporate governance, M&A transactions, partnership/LLC structures, and shareholder agreements preferred
• Intellectual Property law or Employment law experience is a plus
• Pennsylvania Bar admission required

This role offers exposure to a diverse practice including litigation, corporate, transactional, real estate, and employment matters within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation: $110K–$150K + bonus potential
