Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM, Thu 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM, Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM, Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify approved access, and assist with visitor, contractor, and/or delivery processing in accordance with location guidelines. Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including notifying designated personnel, helping to direct foot traffic, and completing detailed incident reports. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
