Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals - Oak Lawn is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for an established auto parts wholesaler in South Holland. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Position Overview This role is primarily phone-based, assisting customers with orders, inquiries, and product information. There is also some in-person interaction with walk-in customers, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls Assist customers with auto parts inquiries, pricing, and order placement Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person Process orders accurately and efficiently Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Maintain product knowledge to effectively assist customers Qualifications Previous customer service experience required (call center or retail preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn order systems Experience in auto parts or automotive industry is a plus Why Apply?
