Clinical Site Manager

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Clinical Site Manager to lead and manage operations at a turnaround site. The primary responsibilities include staff management, protocol execution, patient care, stakeholder communication, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full operational leadership and management of site staff.
• Assist Clinical Research Coordinators in daily tasks, training, and coverage.
• Manage multiple concurrent protocols from startup through completion.
• Conduct patient visits and perform clinical duties as needed.
• Act as the primary liaison with Principal Investigators, Pharma sponsors, and monitors.
• Oversee site revenue metrics, patient visit volume, and enrollment targets.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in clinical research or related field.
• Ability to hold team members accountable and delegate effectively.
• Experience in financial oversight including managing P&Ls and contracts.
• Expertise in clinical trial lifecycles and compliance.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating industry-sponsored clinical trials.
• Experience managing underperforming sites and establishing operational efficiency.

Skills

• Clinical research and site operations management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in direct patient care, phlebotomy, medication administration, and ECGs.

Additional Requirements

M-F 8 am - 5 pm; early mornings or late evenings may be required during busy times.
