The Role You’ll act as a key link between franchise partners, carriers, and customers, supporting daily operations and ensuring seamless delivery execution. Key Responsibilities Build and manage carrier relationships across the US Support franchisees with load coverage and operational execution Negotiate rates and deliver cost-effective transport solutions Track shipments and ensure on-time performance and POD completion Manage KPIs and resolve service issues quickly Collaborate with sales teams and franchise owners to deliver the best outcomes What We're Looking For... 3+ years in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or logistics operations Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commercial awareness with negotiation experience Proactive, resilient, and comfortable in a high-energy environment Why Join Our Team...
