Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a leading manufacturer of laboratory surfaces and products to hire Production & Fabrication Team Members for 1st and 2nd shift. This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a structured, fast-paced production environment where reliability, attention to detail, and consistency are essential. Team members support the production of durable, chemical-resistant, precision-crafted products used in research, industrial, and educational settings.

This is a physically demanding manufacturing environment that may involve exposure to heat, dust, and varying production conditions.

This role involves standing for most of the shift, performing repetitive production tasks, and working at a steady pace to meet daily output and quality standards. Success requires dependability, strong attendance, and the ability to follow detailed instructions in a team-based environment.

We are currently hiring for multiple openings across Sinks, Molding, Cure Oven, Casting, and Finishing departments.

Pay

$17.00 – $19.50 per hour DOE

Shift Details

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on production and assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Operate and safely use hand tools and power tools
• Work in a production-driven environment to meet daily output goals
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and production schedules
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Maintain reliable attendance and consistent performance

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required for candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment that may involve exposure to heat, dust, and varying production conditions
• Reliable attendance and dependability are essential
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting
