This enterprise-wide initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, automation, and service quality across the health system. You will manage cross-functional efforts involving laboratory operations, equipment integration, IT infrastructure, and Epic systems implementation.Requirements5-7 years of project management experienceMinimum 2 years in the healthcare industryExperience with Epic Beaker and Willow build/implementationStrong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectivelyExcellent communication skills across all organizational levelsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experiencePreferencesAdvanced knowledge of computing and communications infrastructurePMP Certification from PMIEpic Certification in Clinical or Revenue Cycle applicationsAre you ready to make a significant impact and drive innovation in healthcare services?
