Now, we’re looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team and help us continue making a difference.

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes our customers—both two-legged and four-legged—into Wolfgang's Pet Stop. Your role will be key in ensuring every experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here’s what you can expect to do:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries about our services and products.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on pet care products and services.
• Schedule grooming appointments, daycare bookings, and training sessions.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with our pet care team to deliver the best possible experience for our customers and their pets.

We’re searching for someone who shares our love for pets and has the skills to provide outstanding service. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for pets and their well-being.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and processing transactions.
