What success looks like

• Consistently produce high‑quality parts by operating and monitoring metalworking equipment.
• Maintain peak performance through scheduled upkeep and rapid, hands‑on troubleshooting.
• Turn blueprints and technical drawings into precise setups and parts that meet spec.
• Move, load, and position heavy materials with full adherence to safety protocols.
• Contribute ideas that streamline processes and resolve day‑to‑day production challenges.
• Log production totals, quality checks, and machine metrics with accuracy.

What you’ll need to thrive

• Demonstrated experience as a metal machine operator or comparable role.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong equipment troubleshooting capability.
• Comfort reading and applying blueprints and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of heavy material handling best practices and safety.
• Detail‑driven problem solver with a quality mindset.
• Team‑oriented communicator who supports shared goals.
