Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Access Coordination in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, support access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and communicate professionally with tenants and guests. You will help maintain a secure, customer-focused environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $21.25 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial office property by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor lobby access, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed. Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and/or other site equipment; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to site leadership. Maintain a professional front-desk presence, provide information and assistance to building occupants, and complete required reports and documentation. Minimum Requirements CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
