As a lean team with ambitious plans for continued growth, we understand that our people are the foundation of everything we build.The OpportunityWe're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to run the day-to-day execution of nuuds' social channels. You'll own scheduling and publishing across Instagram and TikTok, and you'll be the first voice our community hears in comments and DMs — ensuring every touchpoint sounds like nuuds and meets our high-touch standard.This is a hands-on role for someone who is plugged into social culture, understands how to engage a community (not just an audience), and takes pride in getting every detail right. You'll collaborate with our content, influencer, PR, creative, and e-commerce teams around drops, tentpole moments, and events.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn scheduling and the publishing of content on all social channels.Help build nuuds' social channel presence — establish our posting cadence, native content approach, and continue to help build community.Maintain the social content calendar and a consistent posting cadence, including drop days and launch moments.Ensure every asset is properly formatted, captioned, tagged, and optimized to each platform's best practices before it goes live.As the team grows, help shape which channels we expand to next.Community EngagementManage daily community engagement — responding to comments and DMs across owned channels in the nuuds voice.Partner with the CX team to resolve customer service inquiries that come through social quickly and warmly.Engage with tagged content and relevant accounts to grow community and surface great UGC.Identify superfans, creators, and niche communities worth building relationships with.Trend Research & Social ListeningPull relevant fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends across platforms weekly.Track and log brand mentions across Instagram and TikTok for boosting opportunities and community spotlights.Translate trend research and performance insights into actionable content recommendations by platform.Monitor competitor activity and emerging creators for ongoing inspiration and insight.Content Creation SupportCapture behind-the-scenes content during shoots and events as needed.Support production logistics for social shoots, including TikTok Shop content.Keep shoot and gifting samples organized and returned on time.Team & Cross-Functional SupportSupport organization of creative decks, campaign recaps, and reporting.Take notes in key meetings and proactively follow up on action items.Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, PR, Influencer, Community, Creative, and E-Commerce teams.Stay adaptable and solution-oriented during launches, events, and high-volume moments.What You BringRequired Experience & Skills2+ years of experience in social media, ideally with a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.Passion for social media and content creation with an interest in the fashion space.Experience managing brand social channels and executing against a content calendar.Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, and curiosity about emerging platforms.Comfortable creating and being in content on short notice.Working knowledge of social analytics — able to pull reports and identify what's working and why.Video editing proficiency in TikTok and CapCut.Sharp written communication and an ear for brand voice.Strong organization and attention to detail; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative, no-ego approach to cross-functional work.Basic photography and additional editing skills (Instagram Edits, Premiere, etc.).Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.Experience with community platforms, ambassador programs, or TikTok Shop.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience.Travel RequirementsOccasional travel for events (photoshoots, store openings, influencer activations) on a case-by-case basis
