Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school-based team supporting elementary-aged students in Salinas, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who enjoy working directly with students, collaborating with educational teams, and helping children develop the communication skills they need to succeed both academically and socially.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in conducting evaluations, delivering therapy services, and maintaining documentation in accordance with student plans of care and school requirements. At this time, the client is considering in-person candidates only .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and professional standards of practice.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of assignment.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state or contract.

• Current CPR certification, if applicable.

• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable.

• Current health certificate, if required.

• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Adherence to all relevant professional standards of practice.

Compensation

Local Candidates

?? Up to $80/hour

Travel Candidates

?? Up to $40.05/hour

?? Eligible travelers may qualify for housing and meal stipends
