Job Summary The General Manager , provides strategic and operational leadership for one of the Company's premier New York accounts. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations while delivering an exceptional client and guest experience. Success in this position requires outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. The General Manager fosters strong client partnerships, drives operational excellence, ensures superior food quality, and delivers best-in-class hospitality and customer service that reflects the standards of a flagship account.
