- Answer incoming phone calls, route calls appropriately, and provide professional customer service.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are stored accurately.
- Enter data, create basic spreadsheets, and perform updates in Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with processing paperwork, preparing documents, and managing office records.
- Support project managers and field teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
