LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Home Health – Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to serve patients in Kenly, NC and surrounding areas. Pay Range: LPN: $28-$33/hr RN: $30-$35/hr Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes according to active plans of care. Conduct ongoing patient care assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Educate family members on clinical care to improve outcomes. Implement preventive initiatives to support quality care. Qualifications Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcomed; training provided). Experience providing care in a home setting. Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
