We're looking for an organized, hands-on Residential Renovation Project Coordinator to help manage multiple renovation projects from start to finish.

This is not a desk-only position. You'll spend your time coordinating contractors, visiting job sites, purchasing and delivering materials when needed, tracking budgets and schedules, solving day-to-day problems, and making sure projects continue moving forward.

Employment Type

Full-time — 40 hours per week

Work Model

In-person. This position requires regular travel between our office, active project sites, and suppliers throughout Delaware.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, approximately 40 hours per week.

About the Role

You'll help oversee multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously and serve as the primary point person for keeping each project on schedule, within budget, and moving toward completion.

You'll work directly with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and our internal team. You'll also regularly visit properties to verify progress, identify issues, document work, and determine what needs to happen next.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple residential renovation projects at the same time
• Visit active job sites and monitor construction progress
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and schedules
• Track project budgets, expenses, materials, and timelines
• Purchase, pick up, and coordinate delivery of construction materials
• Compare pricing and help control project costs
• Verify completed work and identify outstanding items
• Coordinate inspections, access, and other project logistics
• Take photos and provide clear project updates
• Identify problems early and work toward practical solutions
• Keep projects organized and moving toward completion

Qualifications

• Construction, renovation, property management, or project coordination experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable managing several projects and priorities simultaneously
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with contractors and vendors
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems in the field
• Basic understanding of residential construction and renovation
• Comfortable using technology to track projects, expenses, photos, and schedules
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Able to travel regularly between project sites and suppliers

Compensation

$50,000 to $65,000 ote

What Success Looks Like

Projects stay organized. Contractors know what they're supposed to be doing. Materials are available when they're needed. Problems are caught before they become expensive. Budgets and schedules are kept up to date, and leadership always has a clear picture of where each project stands.
