Our client is ideally seeking to hire an ambitious professional with 12+ years of experience within the Investment Management sector, preferably with strong expertise in fund operations, process improvements, new fund launches and executive leadership. Responsibilities:Serve as the senior finance executive responsible for a private credit platform with approximately $45b AUM.Provide strategic oversight of all fund accounting, financial reporting and finance operations across 15+ funds.Own the quarterly and annual financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with US GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.Oversee NAV production, valuation oversight and review processes in partnership with valuation, investment and third-party administrators.Lead relationships with external auditors, fund administrators, tax advisors and other key service providers.Partner with investment teams throughout the lifecycle of transactions, including fund launches, capital deployment, portfolio monitoring and fund wind-downs.Present financial results and key business insights to executive leadership, investment committees and board-level stakeholders.Ensure robust internal controls, governance frameworks and risk management processes are maintained across the platform.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, automation and operational efficiency, as well as being a thought leader within the business from an AI perspective.Act as a key strategic partner on new product launches, fundraising initiatives, acquisitions and broader corporate projects.Requirements:12+ years of progressive experience within the investment management space.Significant experience overseeing finance for large-scale private credit funds or credit-focused alternative investment strategies.Deep expertise in process improvement, scaling operations, overseeing new fund/product launches, fund operations etc.Strong knowledge of US GAAP, fund accounting, financial reporting, valuation governance and investor reporting.Demonstrated experience leading large finance organisations and developing high-performing teams.CPA is a MUST; public accounting background within the Big 4 is also requiredBenefits:Base salary paying up to $250,000 + bonuses & long-term incentive.Highly competitive annual performance bonus.Flexible, unlimited PTOComprehensive healthcare, retirement and wellness benefits.Progressive career path with the opportunity to shape and expand a best-in-class finance organisation.Hybrid workingMuch more!If you are interested in exploring this opportunity in further detail, please send a copy of your resume to [email protected]
