Position: Call Center Supervisor
Shift: 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday
Salary: $28.00-$34.00 p/h, DOE
Location: Irvine, CA

Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll lead a team of supervisors and Lead Generators who support our salesforce through high-volume outbound calling and lead generation. Your leadership will help small and medium-sized businesses across the country connect with solutions that support their growth.

• Manage, motivate, and support a team of supervisors and Lead Generators responsible for high-volume outbound calling and lead generation.
• Lead your team toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals, consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and implement effective plans, processes, and initiatives to improve productivity and achieve performance targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to new and existing team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, call quality, and performance.
• Track individual and team results, evaluate progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable feedback.
• Review production trends and performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and turn insights into strategies that improve results.
• Maintain ongoing quality assurance practices to ensure accurate information, strong customer interactions, and efficient processes.
• Present performance trends, results, and improvement strategies clearly to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of outbound call center experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience, ideally managing teams in a call center or sales environment.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and related business tools.
• The ability to interpret performance data, recognize trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
