Associate Veterinarian

Job Description

Job Description

What if your next veterinary role gave you interesting medicine during the workday—and let you actually leave work behind when the day is done?

This small animal opportunity in Northeastern Pennsylvania could be a great fit for a veterinarian who wants a sustainable schedule without giving up clinical variety. The practice offers a supportive team environment, opportunities to grow your skills, and a caseload that includes internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and wellness care.

Both new graduates and experienced veterinarians are welcome.

What Could Make This a Better Move

• Protect your time outside the clinic with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend shifts.

• No after-hours emergency responsibilities, giving you a more predictable lifestyle.

• Get mentorship that fits your experience level, whether you're early in your career or bringing years of experience.

• Have a voice in the practice and opportunities to contribute ideas.

• Develop your clinical interests rather than being limited to routine wellness appointments.

• Work with a collaborative team that values respectful communication and professional growth.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll provide comprehensive small animal care, with opportunities across wellness, internal medicine, diagnostics, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and ongoing case management.

The practice has modern diagnostic and treatment resources, including digital radiography, dental imaging, in-house laboratory capabilities, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, and dedicated surgical and dental spaces.
