CNC Machine Operators

Ensure the production of high-quality parts by operating machinery efficiently, performing inspections, maintaining equipment, and meeting daily production targets in a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Requirements: Post Secondary Education 3 years related work experience preferred Basic computer knowledge Basic Math skills Knowledge of SPC and the ability to analyze data Capable of trouble shooting basic problems Daily duties and responsibilities include: Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan machining operations. Load raw materials and parts onto the machines, ensuring correct placement and alignment. Monitor the machine operations to detect any issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality. Continually inspect and measure finished products using precision tools to ensure they meet specifications. Check and ensure all daily maintenance of machine is done and fluid levels are full. Complete tool changes according to tool change schedule and document. Ensure production targets are met, reduce downtimes and scrap. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Document and report production data, including quantities, times, and any issues encountered.
