Food & Beverage Shift Leader

Bossy Beulah’s Ballantyne is a scratch kitchen focused on serving honest food made with care. Our chicken sandwiches, tenders, biscuits, and sides are prepared fresh every day with a strong focus on consistency, speed, cleanliness, and hospitality. We are looking for a Shift Lead to help lead day to day operations at the restaurant level. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can lead from the front, support the team through busy services, hold standards accountable, and help maintain the energy and culture of the restaurant. What You’ll Be Doing Leading shifts and supporting daily restaurant operations Coaching and directing team members throughout service Holding food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards accountable in real time Supporting guest recovery and helping create a strong guest experience Working all positions throughout the restaurant as needed during service Ensuring all food is prepared fresh, hot, and to recipe standards Helping maintain an organized, clean, guest ready restaurant at all times Supporting inventory, prep, and daily operational organization Assisting with catering and large order execution when needed What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of experience in a fast paced food service environment Previous leadership experience preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example Comfortable working in a high volume, hands on environment Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability Flexible availability including nights and weekends Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail What We Offer Employee dining discounts Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within Noble Food & Pursuits A team focused environment built around support, accountability, and development Bossy Beulah’s is part of Noble Food & Pursuits, a chef driven restaurant group based in North Carolina focused on genuine hospitality, strong culture, and scratch made food.
