Overview Out client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their accounting team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy of financial operations. Location: Indianapolis, IN Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 Responsibilities Accounts Payable: Process and manage vendor payments, expense reports, and credit card statements. Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record and update deposits accurately in QuickBooks. Reconciliations: Assist with monthly bank reconciliations. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare payroll journal entries and file monthly sales tax returns across multiple states. Qualifications Education: Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or related field. Experience: 1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong organization skills encouraged to apply).
