Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $12 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Residential Maintenance Worker:

• Performing routine repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
• Responding to tenant service requests
• Maintaining common areas/grounds
• Preventative maintenance

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Need strong troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency w/tools
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be reliable with good attendance
• Background check and drug screening required
