Job Summary Cross Country Education is seeking a School Services Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in Brighton, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: School Services Start Date: 09/08/2026 Duration: 40 weeks 35 hours per week Shift: 7 hours Employment Type: Local Contract Position Overview Provide direct speech-language therapy and consultation services to upper elementary students with diverse communication needs. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress in accordance with school and state requirements. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication, academic achievement, and overall success. Manage a well-balanced elementary caseload while delivering high-quality, student-centered speech-language services. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License (LARA) Experience providing speech-language services in a school-based setting, preferably with elementary-aged students Compensation and Benefits Top Compensation: Earn $46.10 - $52.30 per hour , based on experience and qualifications as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses/incentives.
